AI Subject line and Preheader Generators
Creating the perfect subject and preheader can be challenging, but it’s key to getting emails opened. That’s where the new AI Subject Line and Preheader Generators come in. These AI-driven tools analyze your email content and create engaging subject line and preheaders that match your email content and speak directly to your audience. Just type in a few details, and the AI will whip up text designed to grab attention and increase open rates.
Unified Dashboard
If you’re managing multiple brands, regions, or teams, keeping track of how everything is going can be a headache.The new Unified Dashboard solves this problem by giving you a single view of all your key metrics—like revenue, number of contacts, and engagement levels—across different business units. This way, you can easily see the big picture and quickly spot any areas that need your attention.
New segment types in interactions
Previously, you could use different segments in the Automation Centre Flows, and now with this release, you can do the same in Interactions. This feature gives you more flexibility to filter your audience and make your campaigns more precise. Whether you want to exclude people who haven’t opened recent emails or focus on those who have visited a particular page, this new option has you covered.
Other exciting updates
In addition to the major features, there are a few other updates worth mentioning. Although they were introduced in the last release, they are now fully rolled out:
- Google Analytics Integration: This feature lets you use website activity data from Google Analytics within SAP Emarsys to create more personalized and targeted campaigns.
- LinkedIn Ads Integration: This is now fully available to all Digital Ads users, allowing you to run more targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns using the rich customer data you already have in SAP Emarsys.
